We're finished! Every order that is currently complete in Backerkit is complete on my end, and all but a few are shipped barring a current ban on international shipping to Australia (those of you this applies to will receive an email soon).
However, we have a lot of things to talk about, and the future of Loot Tables is changing. Let's run it down:

Hello everyone! Wanted to get out another update as the month closes and the Kickstarter approaches fully fulfilled.
I've been dealing with a bit here mentally and physically - nothing major but it did take my out of commission for about a week and a half dealing with sick kiddos as well as that passing on to myself (hey, I'm trying to teach them to share - so I'll take it as a win). With February being a shorter month, this really set me back, but I was able to catch mostly up in the last few days, and with only Vaults and D20s really remaining, we're almost complete!

The big delay here is unfortunately the D20s. My masters are in rough shape, and I will NEVER be doing business with the original person who made them. Unfortunately, I was relying on a new producer of either masters or molds who is also several months behind schedule, so I had to take a few near-finished pieces, re-sand them and hope everything went ok, and get new molds of my own made. They still hold up in quality, but that was a multi-day effort that cost me even further time. February was a perfect storm of 'almost'-s and 'not yet'-s.
Fulfilment of all tracker-only orders will be complete this week as I take the last round of packages to the post office to ship out before Friday. You should receive your tracking number via Backerkit. I'm trying to also ship out the remaining orders, but depending on if I finish the few remaining vaults they'll either all go out as a batch or just as I finish them.
Hello everyone! What a start to 2022. January was a somewhat, chaotic month... but I've been working away and I'm excited to start shipping out Trackers. Here's my current progress, some small sort-of delays, and where we go from here!

That's a bit behind the planned goals for the month (which was basically all 100%) but not insurmountable. Early in the month we had a brief COVID scare here in the house, which took out a couple days, as well as some really frigid cold snaps in the Virginia area that required parking our cars in the garage, preventing workshop usage. No worries here, all the supplies are in-house, all the machines are running fine, it's just a matter of my time- and I had some unexpected small distractions.
For T-Shirts, I was originally going to have them shipped to me, and then fulfilled with the other items on those orders, but paying for double shipping was kind of silly, so I've submitted the items to the print-on-demand vendor to ship directly. That means if you ordered a shit, you'll be receiving it separately from your trackers and accessories.
SO - when are trackers shipping out? Good news, it's starting today! I have 13/53 (24% total) orders already fully packed and ready for shipment, all orders that did not order D20s or Vaults. Tracker-only orders will be the fastest to ship, followed by orders with D20s, and then Vaults. Everything should be shipped in the next few weeks as I'm able to reclaim the workshop space for vault making and get the time out there to get the CNC running!
This year should hopefully be a really good one, as I have products already designed and refining, but I don't want to overlap Kickstarter projects as a one man show. That might be changing this summer, but we'll talk about that when we get there.

The character tracker preorder store and pledge manager will lock all submitted orders TOMORROW, Jan 7th - this is with a 72 hour "Final Notice" period, meaning you have this weekend to change your mind on any final customizations. After that, I'll be doing the more personalized work as well as the Day One-specific orders and prepping packages for fulfilment later this month!
Cards will be charged before NEXT WEDNESDAY - so please keep that in mind as we get ready for shipping, packing, and a whole lot of laser goodness!
Very excited to be wrapping this project up - I'll have another update in about two weeks as I'll be packing the first big chunk, if not all, of the orders and getting them ready to go out!
