We're 1 Week In! Let's Recap!

Thank you everyone for supporting the project so far! Today marks 1 week into the project, and we need to recap the big unlocks, current stretch goal status, as well as an update on fulfilment and how your trackers will be delivered (with your input making that decision!)

A Note: I'm writing this one a day early and scheduling it- so some info as far as if we've unlocked the next stretch goal might be slightly out of date, sorry! All future updates like this will be written live.

Stretch Goals

We're three goals in! Let's run down what's been unlocked again!

Class Crests Tees are printed on soft Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex T-Shirts. Designs will feature a singular class crest with some additional details for screen-printing - designs for all apparel will be finalized through the campaign. XS-4XL available in most colors.

These 30mm C H O N K Y D20s are handmade by me, and will start on production early so as to not delay early orders. I'll keep you updated as with my current molds (I am REALLY hoping for my RMS to arrive soon 🤞) I can only make a few a day. I already have a good stock, but if demand EXPLODES I might be a bit overwhelmed solo.

Names can be engraved in several different fonts. I chose the futuristic option for this image to represent Vhan Chronen, one of the players in my two-shot to celebrate this Kickstarter, The Mystery of the Emerald Palace! You can check out Part 1 and Part 2 in VOD now. Full font lists will be available in a later post next week, but there should be something there for every aesthetic and every character!

That's what we've unlocked so far, here's where we're at:

State of Shipping

I'm making more trackers to continue with the photoshoot, as well as prototyping some subclass-specific versions, and I've been thinking about shipping. There's two options for shipping your tracker, with the protective paper attached or removed. Removed means your tracker is ready to go the second you unpack it, 100% ready to go!

The second option is leaving the laser engraving protection paper attached for shipping. This would require a bit of peeling (which IS satisfying, you know), but keeps your tracker protected during shipping. In short, here's what that would look like:

That's one simple peel away from ready to go, using a fingernail or a small knife to catch some of the smaller adhesive-backed paper bits inside letters or solid shapes. This is a bit of work for you, the backers, but ensures your tracker is factory new finish once it's in your hands and unwrapped entirely by you- no risk of scratches in transit.

So what do you think? I could go either way, honestly. I want you, the backers, to be 100% satisfied. Let me know in the comments of this post.

Remaining Images Update

One last thing, unfortunately the full product line photos which I was hoping to release earlier this week got a bit delayed. We had a case of Hand, Foot, and Mouth make it's way through the LT household courtesy of my kids, and I was whammied HARD for about 3 days of this past week. Don't worry- they're on the way, and likely will be released on Monday or Tuesday. I'm very very sorry for the delay.

Stretch Goal #3 Unlocked & Let's Talk Timeline!

Let's Get Personal

Wow, stretch goal #3 unlocked JUST LIKE THAT! Let's put a name on this, shall we... amazing? That sounds about right!

Stretch Goal #3 has been unlocked as we've passed the $2500 mark! This will let you personalize your character trackers with your character name and the perfect font!

Names can be engraved in several different fonts. A NOTE: Legend Package backers do not need to select this add-on as it is included in your tier.

That's the small stuff- now things get INTERESTING. The next Stretch goal is as far away as where we've come so far, but it unlocks SUBCLASS-SPECIFIC trackers, which will most benefit the Fighters, Rangers, and Rogues, but there's something for every class in this one!

Let's Talk Timeline

Transparency is super important for Kickstarter as a whole, but I especially value it. This isn't just because you can see right through the product this time (dad joke I could not resist), but because it's important for you to know what is going on in this project we're creating together.

While the campaign is active, you can expect updates from me:

• Whenever we hit a new stretch goal
• Each Friday for BTS/Info (this might be combined with above ^)
• Monday Nov 22nd with the Backerkit timeline
• Wednesday Dec 1st with Backerkit intros
• Updates once per month following with fulfillment updates, usually on the second week of the month

This, I've found in past campaigns, is a good balance of information without getting too spammy- as I know just how many unwanted emails we all get, and I DO NOT want to add to that stress for anyone else...

... but that's it for me! I am busy on a bit update post for this Friday detailing each and every character class with a big photoshoot, so keep an eye out! Here's hoping we can talk soon with Stretch Goal #4 before then!

Stretch Goal #2 Unlocked! Day One Edition CLOSED!

Wow, we're flying! 

It's almost like the party Wizard cast a 3rd level spell on us... I wonder how they'll keep track ;)

Stretch Goal #2 has been unlocked as we've passed the $2000 mark! This 30mm D20 is something that I am calling "Liminal Space". This unique combination of copper and brass pigments and Mylar strips inside catches and reflects light from almost any angle.

Day One Edition CLOSED

With that out there, we're moving forward to being able to laser engrave your character's name on your Character Tracker! This makes them less one-size-fits-all and 100% definitely yours.

Stretch Goal #1 Unlocked!

What a first day so far!

Thank you so much for the amazing support right out of the gate! We've crushed our first stretch goal and are already on track to pass the second very soon! Last night, while we were running Part 2 of The Mystery of the Emerald Palace, we passed $1750 unlocking new T-Shirt designs! These Class Crests T-Shirt has now be activated as an add-on for this campaign.

We're FUNDED In Under Just 3 1/2 HOURS!

WE DID IT!! WE'RE FUNDED!

I am so thankful and happy for your support on my third Kickstarter project! We funded in just three hours and 30 minutes, the fastest I have ever successfully funded a campaign!

That means we're done, right? HECK NO!! This is only the beginning!
